Northern Isles Fibre Adventures 2010

Join me in Orkney for a fibre holiday you will never forget!

The adventures are based round workshops at my home and studio in the viallge of St Margaret's Hope on the island of South Rondalsy. This is easy to get to by car (the ferry from Scotland comes in about 300 yards away) or by plane (Kirkwall airport 15 miles away).



The house was built soon after 1649 and has been fully restored recently - I moved back in during July 2009.
Dyeing and knitting workshops take place in the large kitchen while the studio upstairs is the venue for spinning workshops, sitting about and using your computer or one of mine. WiFi is available thoughout the house.

I also run extension weeks to other Orkney islands, and coordinate with Kathy Coull, who lives on Fair Isle, for extension trips to Shetland.
